At Blue Marlin Prints, every order is produced with care. Because many of our products are custom-made, our return policy differs from that of large retailers. If there's ever an issue with your order, we'll do everything we reasonably can to make it right.
Returns & Refund Policy
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because custom and personalized items are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or refunds due to:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Design approval after production
Customer-provided artwork or spelling errors that were approved before printing
Please review all order details carefully before placing your order.
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping
In the event of a return or refund for an item we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the customer to print and attach to the original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
