We believe the Word of God is powerful, awe-inspiring, and needs to be lived out through the hands and feet of Christ! Why the Blue Marlin?

Jay and Sedina’s story began in 2018, when the Lord—and naval orders— brought them together in Pensacola, Florida, where Jay was stationed for training early in his Naval career, and it was there the two went on their very first date at the Grand Marlin restaurant, tucked just off Pensacola Beach. That evening left a lasting impression on them. From that night on, the marlin and the beach became a quiet, consistent backdrop for their relationship—a symbol of the moments they treasured together and the place where their journey as a couple truly took shape.

Over the years, Jay and Sedina continued to grow together while being guided by their faith and a desire to serve others. In 2024, they felt a clear calling to do more—to take the blessings they’d received and turn them into something that could bless others. That calling became Blue Marlin Prints—a small business born from love, purpose, and the memory of that first date by the sea. 

Our aim is simple: to spread The Word through wearable art and give back to people and communities in need.

Proceeds from all sales go directly back to the community through supporting missions and eventually our goal of leading mission projects of our own around the Treasure Valley and beyond.
